Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached. To be eligible for a return, please ensure the item shows no signs of wear or damage. Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@wearbasiq.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
